The mission of Lake Erie Academy is to provide an educational community that promotes educational achievement, involvement of parents and positive social interactions. The academy is committed to developing excellence on the part of students, teachers and administrative staff. We will work in collaboration with all stakeholders, facilitating ongoing school improvement processes to support quality instruction that results in high levels of achievement for all students.
Our Vision
The staff at Lake Erie Academy believes that all students can master the skills taught. We understand that a child’s aptitude to learn is a matter of time needed to master skills and concepts, not innate ability. Teachers will encourage and promote high expectations for students in all areas – academic and social. Educators will have the knowledge, skills and resources to enable students to meet or exceed high academic and social standards. Students at Lake Erie will perform at a level that surpasses or is equal to their predicted base level of achievement.
